Details of the Job/Internship
Bajaj Finserv is hiring for the position of Legal Manager with experience of 3-5 years to join their Pune office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting of written statements; misc. applications; replies & compilation and drafting of the Police complaint.
- Drafting of replies to notices received from advocates, Law Enforcement Agencies, Statutory / Regulatory Bodies, etc.
- Retrieve the required details and data for drafting of written statements, misc. applications, notices, notice replies, and police complaints.
- Maintain MIS of all litigation against the Company, senior management & officers.
- Follow up on case to case basis with advocates / legal officers.
- Ensure timely process of Advocate / Vendor bills.
- Maintain contingent liability data.
- Maintain records for Compliance and Audit.
- Handle IPR (TM & Domain) related matters – filing of Applications for Opposition - Registration of TMs, Copyright application as per business requirement. Filing of a Police complaint against infringement of registered TM.
Eligibility
- Should have 3 years or 5 years integrated LLB Degree.
- At least 3 years overall experience.
- Experience in handling Litigation (consumer, civil, criminal & Insolvency matters).
