Details of the Job/Internship

Bajaj Housing Finance Limited (BHFL) is hiring for the position of Legal Manager with 4-8 years of experience to join their office in Hyderabad. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage legal documents including agreements, contracts, and notices.
• Provide legal counsel on matters related to lending operations, property transactions, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulatory standards in the financial services domain.
• Support litigation and recovery efforts, including coordination with external counsel.
• Monitor legal risks and assist in developing strategies to address them.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve legal queries and support business initiatives.
• Keep up-to-date with changes in laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting NBFCs and housing finance.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM) from a recognized university.
• 4–8 years of relevant experience in legal roles, preferably within NBFCs, banks, or the finance sector.
• Strong understanding of property law, contract law, regulatory compliance, and financial legal frameworks.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
