Details of the Job/Internship

BarcodeIP is hiring a Legal Manager – Litigation with over 6 years of experience in the legal domain to join their office in Gurugram (Sec-83, Haryana). 

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters, including IPR, civil, and corporate cases.
• Draft legal documents, pleadings, and notices.
• Represent the firm in hearings and court proceedings.
• Provide strategic legal advice and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel for case management.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.).
• Minimum 6 years of experience in litigation.
• Strong drafting skills and sound understanding of IPR and general litigation.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
