Details of the Job/Internship

BBG is hiring a real estate legal professional with 5–7 years of experience to join their office in Hyderabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• Verify property titles and review all related legal documents.
• Prepare Title Search Reports and legal opinions.
• Support land acquisition initiatives and assist in land litigation matters.
• Draft, review, and vet sale deeds, AGPAs, MOUs, partnership deeds, and other property-related documents.
• Ensure compliance with RERA and other applicable real estate laws and regulations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve legal issues efficiently.
• Escalate complex legal matters to senior management when required.

Eligibility

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in property law and real estate legal advisory.
• Substantial exposure to land acquisition and land litigation matters.
• Strong knowledge of title search reports, legal due diligence, and real estate documentation.
• Sound understanding of RERA and applicable real estate laws.

Salary/Stipend
