Details of the Job/Internship
BIBA is hiring a legal manager to join them in their Gurugram office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Renewal of Licences / permits before expiry.
- Filing of complaints with appropriate legal or regulatory authorities as and when required within the timelines expected by Management.
- Follow up and closure of complaints with Cops / Legal authorities.
- Generating all agreements allocated by the Chief Manager.
- Keep concerned team members informed of the developments of each task.
- Ensure zero default on compliance related matters.
- Ensure that no unfavorable action is taken against the company by legal or regulatory authorities due to untimely action or non adherence to legal or regulatory requirements.
