Details of the Job/Internship

BPTP Ltd. is hiring a Legal Manager with 8–10 years of experience to manage legal risks, draft and negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance in the real estate and facilities management sector, at their office in Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including SLAs, lease deeds, and facility management contracts.
• Provide legal advice on real estate and maintenance operations, labor issues, and statutory obligations.
• Ensure compliance with real estate, labor, environmental, and corporate governance laws.
• Represent the company before forums including District Registrar, STP/DTP office, District Courts, and Consumer Forums/Commissions.
• Knowledge of RERA Act, Consumer Act, Apartment Act, Land Revenue Act, HDRU Act, etc.
• Maintain MIS and case records, track legal updates and judgments.
• Coordinate with external counsel on litigation, arbitration, and dispute matters.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align legal processes and develop internal policies and SOPs.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
• 8–10 years of legal experience, preferably with exposure to real estate, infrastructure, or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of property law, contract law, labor law, and corporate governance.
• Proven experience in high-value contracts and dispute resolution.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred: Experience with real estate/property management firms and large real estate portfolios.

Salary/Stipend
