Details of the Job/Internship
Bradford Consultants LLP is hiring a Legal Manager with 10–15 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law to join their office in Delhi. Candidates with experience in Indian listed companies, law firms, or large corporate legal functions will be preferred.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle corporate law matters and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.
- Manage litigation and dispute resolution.
- Oversee IPR, transactional, and project-related legal support.
- Draft, review, and advise on contracts and agreements.
- Provide advisory services on compliance, regulatory, and legal matters.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and external counsel.
Eligibility
- 10–15 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law.
- LLB/LLM from a reputed law school.
- CS qualification is an added advantage.
- Expertise in corporate law, litigation and dispute resolution, IPR, transactional and project support, compliance, legal tools, contracting, advisory, compliance frameworks, and regulatory affairs.
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and external counsel with credibility.
