Details of the Job/Internship

Brigade Group is hiring a Legal Manager with 8+ years of experience in the legal field to join their Bengaluru office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Review legal documents such as MOUs, Joint Development Agreements, Lease Deeds, Sale Deeds, and related agreements to minimize organizational risk.
• Coordinate with external advocates for public notices, legal briefs, and court appearances.
• Audit customer-related documentation including ID proofs, applications, and loan documents.
• Implement and monitor SOPs for the Legal Department to ensure consistency.
• Support internal departments with legal matters and respond to queries from stakeholders.
• Coordinate with vendor, customer, and retailer legal teams for finalizing agreements.
• Advise and assist commercial and retail leasing teams in contract finalization.

Eligibility

• 8+ years of experience in the legal domain, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Prior experience in a commercial office space development company is a plus.
• Strong understanding of real estate and construction laws, contract drafting, and dispute resolution.
• Proficiency in local language (reading and writing) is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
