Britannia Industries Limited is hiring a Legal Manager with experience of 3 to 10 years to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• To lead the entire Contract Negotiation portfolio of Britannia Industries Ltd.
• The person should be adept in Drafting, Vetting,
• Review & Negotiating various Agreements like;
• Power Purchase Agreement,
• Bulk Purchase & Import of Commodity Agreement,
• Marketing Contracts,
• Endorsement Agreements,
• Branding Agreements,
•  Procurement Agreements,
•  Purchase Orders etc,
•  Lease Deed,
•  Leave and License Agreements,
• Master Services Agreements,
• General Sales/Purchases Agreement,
• Dealership & Distributorship Agreements,
• Software licensing Agreement,
• 2P and 3P Agreements for manufacturing,
• Transportation Agreement.
• Memorandum of Understandings for various transactions.
• Essential Commodity Purchase Agreement,
• Loan Agreement.
•  Non-Disclosure Agreement,
• Joint Venture Agreement,
• Service Entrustment Agreement,
• Share Holders Agreement/ Share Purchase
• Agreement/ Share Subscription Agreement,
•  Infrastructure Development Contracts,
• Biding Tenders/ Documents etc.
• Halal Certification Agreements Others.
• The person should be able to partner with teams from various departments locally and globally to understand the project requirements or risks, of the contract and review the draft, collaborate with the line of business and legal team, and participate in the negotiations, as per the requirement.
• The person should be well versed with drafting, vetting & review various agreements related to FMCG.
• Knowledge of Litigation and dispute management will be an added advantage.

Eligibility

• Educational Qualification: LLB/LLM With 5 to 10 years of experience (FMCG or manufacturing sector preferred).
• Experience: 3-4 years' experience in Food industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
•  Good communication skill.
• Time management skills to close critical items.

Salary/Stipend
