Brookfield Properties is hiring Legal Manager with the experience of 5 years to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts like MoUs, LOIs, Lease Deeds/ ATL / L * LA maintenance contracts, fit-out agreements, service agreements, business conducing agreements etc.
- Provide clarification regarding title/ ownership of the properties.
- Coordination with internal/external stakeholders.
- Ensure documentation of existing and ongoing retail leasing transactions.
- Ensure registration of all applicable agreements with respect to real estate transactions.
- Support legal team on general corporate legal matters.
- Legal research on relevant areas.
- Compliance reporting.
- Basic understanding of litigation/ coordination with external lawyers.
Eligibility
- LLB/LLM.
- Post qualification experience 5-7 years. Out of that minimum 4 years of retail leasing experience.
