Details of the Job/Internship

CA Pritam Mahure and Associates (PMA) is hiring a Legal Manager to work at the intersection of law, business, and problem-solving.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Handling legal compliance, notices, and regulatory requirements.
• Providing practical and business-oriented legal advice to internal teams.
• Coordinating with external lawyers, consultants, and authorities.
• Tracking legal risks and implementing preventive systems.
• Maintaining legal documentation, records, and internal SOPs.

Eligibility

• Law graduate with relevant experience.
• Experience in corporate, commercial, or regulatory work is preferred.
• Strong drafting and interpretation skills.
• Ability to explain legal issues in simple, business-friendly language.
• High ownership mindset and strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving and growing organization.
