Details of the Job/Internship
Cadila Pharmaceuticals Ltd. is hiring for a legal role to support its legal and compliance functions.
Role and Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage legal policies, procedures, and documents.
- Research and analyse legal issues and advise the reporting manager or HOD on legal implications.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and analyse contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Independently draft notices, replies, affidavits, plaints, written statements, and related legal communications.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, advocates, consultants, and external authorities.
- Provide legal support and guidance to various departments on legal matters.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations and ensure organisational compliance.
- Manage litigation and dispute resolution matters across courts.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings and hearings.
- Maintain relationships with external legal counsel and Advocates-on-Record.
- Oversee regulatory and compliance matters.
- Maintain daily updates of litigation matters across all courts.
- Prepare and share weekly, fortnightly, monthly, and quarterly legal MIS reports.
