Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited is hiring a Legal Manager with an LL.B qualification to join their office in Bhat, Ahmedabad. The role involves managing legal policies, drafting and reviewing contracts, overseeing litigation, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Role and Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage legal policies, procedures, and documents.
- Research and analyze legal issues, advising management on implications.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts, agreements, notices, affidavits, replies, and pleadings.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, advocates, consultants, and external authorities.
- Provide legal guidance to other departments as required.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Manage litigation, dispute resolution, and represent the company in hearings.
- Maintain relationships with external counsel and AORs.
- Oversee regulatory and compliance matters.
- Track and update litigation across courts on a daily basis.
- Prepare and share weekly, fortnightly, monthly, and quarterly legal MIS reports.
Eligibility
Bachelor of Law (LL.B).
