Details of the Job/Internship

Capri Global Capital Ltd. is hiring a Legal Associate – Real Estate & Financing with 3–5 years of experience.

Role and Responsibilities

Draft and vet legal documents for financing of real estate projects (loan origination and acquisition).
Provide legal advice, opinions, and support to business teams to finalize lending transactions.
Research and apprise stakeholders of policies, laws, and judgments impacting real estate and construction funding.
Conduct legal checks of live and disbursed cases to identify and remedy shortcomings.
Impart legal training to front-end and back-end teams and respond to queries.
Liaise with law firms for transaction structuring and documentation.

Eligibility

LL.B. (Graduate/Postgraduate in Law).
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate, banking, or financial law.
Strong legal drafting skills.
Knowledge of banking, financial, and corporate laws (RBI Guidelines, Companies Act, Contract Act, Arbitration Act, RERA, etc.).
Proficient in Transfer of Property Act and allied property laws.
Excellent communication skills.
