Role and Responsibilities
To provide strategic legal guidance and oversight to ensure the organization's activities are conducted in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. “FIDIC” & Indian contractual codes, terms & conditions are preferred.
Accountabilities:
Alternate Dispute Resolution and Litigation Management.
Contract Review and Drafting
Legal Compliance and Risk Management.
Arbitration
