Details of the Job/Internship
Centrum Group is hiring a Legal Manager with 5 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai – Kalina (Work from Office), in a middle management role aligned with the candidate's experience.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and vet NDAs, distribution agreements, service agreements, leave and license agreements, NCD documentation, loan agreements, lending documents, co-lending agreements, debenture trust deeds, pledge agreements, and real estate laws.
- Handle alternative investment management and investment agreements.
- Manage litigation and non-litigation matters.
- Update litigation tracker and contract manager.
- Attend court hearings and registration offices.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities.
Eligibility
- LLB (CS is an added qualification).
- 5 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of financial services is an advantage.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
- Team player with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of SEBI, IRDA, and RBI regulations.
