Details of the Job/Internship

Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Limited is hiring a Legal Manager with experience of 4 to 5 years to join their office in Aurangabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• Reviewing and Handling Litigation Under Civil, Criminal and Commercial law on behalf of the Organization.
• Drafting responses and representing the Company in Various Legal Matters.

Eligibility

• Must have very good knowledge & experience working as an AO under SARFAESI Act, and must be able to handle all actions under SARFAESI Act,2002 independently.
• Experience in handling DRT/DRAT/ HC Litigations pertaining to SARFAESI Act,2002.
• Must have experience in cases related to Mortgage fraud and Criminal Matters arising out of it with good liaison skills with Police & Authorities. Also in Sec_25, Sec_138 & Arbitration Proceedings etc.,
