Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Limited is hiring a Legal Manager to join their office in Siliguri. The role involves overseeing legal document preparation, ensuring compliance with legal standards, and providing legal consulting services.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Provide legal consulting on various matters.
• Handle regulatory affairs.
• Manage overall legal affairs of the company.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field.
• Strong knowledge of law.
• Skills in legal document preparation and legal consulting.
• Experience with legal compliance and legal affairs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Previous experience in a financial services or similar industry is advantageous.
