Chrysalis High is hiring a Legal Manager with experience of 5+ years to oversee and manage all legal aspects of the organization.
Role and Responsibilities
- Real Estate, Agreements, Deeds and Registration:
- Provide legal advice on risks and liabilities.
- Ensure compliance with legal standards and company policies.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address legal requirements.
- Oversee registration processes for legal documents.
- Coordinate with empanelled law firms for document verification and drafting.
- Conduct due diligence of properties and legal documents.
- Ensure registrations comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Stay updated with changes in registration requirements.
- Local Engagement and Civil Litigation:
- Visit local police stations and courts as required.
- Build and maintain relationships with local authorities.
- Manage and oversee civil litigation matters.
- Provide legal advice on risks and liabilities.
- Language Requirement:
- Communicate effectively in Kannada and English.
- Translate legal documents when required.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil litigation.
- Strong understanding of local laws and regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Kannada and English.
