Dharmaj Crop Guard Ltd. is hiring a Legal Manager with experience of 3+ years to join their office in Ahmedabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide advice and guidance to the organization on relevant legal matters.
- Review and draft legal documents, contracts, agreements, and other legal instruments.
- Ensure that the organization complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
- Handle disputes in court.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the organization and external stakeholders.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with external stakeholders, such as government agencies and departments.
- Mediate and resolve conflicts and disputes between different parties, seeking mutually acceptable solutions.
- Coordinate activities involving government organizations and departments.
- Ensure that the organization's policies, procedures, and actions comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management or relevant stakeholders.
Eligibility
- Qualification: LLB/LLM.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years.
- Preferred Industry: Any.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, document drafting and contract negotiation, proficiency in legal research.
