Details of the Job/Internship
DigiFocal IT Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic Legal Manager / Officer to join their team and manage the end-to-end legal function—from contract drafting and compliance to litigation support and trademark portfolio management.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and finalize legal documents (Agreements, MOUs, Bank Guarantees, Indemnity Bonds, Undertakings, POAs).
- Periodic review and improvement of standard document templates.
- Maintain and manage all legal records and documentation.
- Assist in managing the company’s trademark portfolio in collaboration with Trademark Attorneys.
- Support litigation and dispute resolution efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Handle recovery-related legal cases and contribute to maintaining healthy cash flow.
- Negotiate favorable terms for commercial contracts.
- Conduct internal trademark searches.
- Vet key business correspondence from a legal lens.
- Liaise with external law firms for case updates, drafting, documentation, and legal conferences.
- Organize online legal compliance training for employees.
Eligibility
- Experience: Minimum 5 Years.
- Qualification: Graduate.
- Legal Drafting.
- Strong Communication (Verbal & Written).
- Analytical & Technical Legal Knowledge.
- Contract Management.
- Litigation Coordination.
