Elior India is hiring Legal Manager to join their office in Bengaluru with the experience of 5+ years Company Secretary & legal advisory roles.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and ensure efficient and effective management and resources in the company's legal compliances.
• Responsible for legal protection and risk management advice to management especially on permanent and contract management.
• Responsible for advice management on legal implications of internal policies and procedures.
• Responsible for drafting ROC, Client/ Vendor agreements and internal policies and ensuring that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements.
• Ensuring the compliance of the Company and the Board of Directors with the relevant laws, rules & and regulations, resolutions of both the Board and AGM's meetings including corporate governance practices.
• Organizing, preparing agendas for and taking minutes of board meetings and annual meetings, AGMs maintaining statutory books, including registers of members, directors and secretaries

Eligibility

• Graduate/Post Graduate (LLB/LLM/ Company Secretary)
• 5+ years of experience of Company Secretary & legal advisory roles.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory of law and legal aspects of capital markets.
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Strong in People Management and Risk Management.
• Good hands-on experience in MS Excel and MS Word.
• Female candidate preferably
