Encardio Rite is hiring Legal Manager with the experience of 3-6 Years to join their office in Lucknow.

Role and Responsibilities

• Implementation of Automated Compliance Tool. Lead the implementation of an automated compliance tool within the company. Ensure the tool is aligned with company standards and legal requirements.
• Compliance Management: Utilize the compliance tool to monitor and enforce statutory compliance controls and company policies. Guarantee 100% compliance with all legal and regulatory obligations. Highlight risk, in a timely manner, in case of non-compliance or non-conformity with the compliance framework of the company.
• Legal MIS Maintenance: Assist in maintaining and updating legal Management Information Systems (MIS), ensuring accurate and timely legal reporting and data management.
• Develop Competency: Develop competency in the secondary responsibilities mentioned below.
• Contract Review Assistance: Provide support in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts.
• Corporate Minutes: Help the secretarial team draft minutes of board meetings for the whole group.
• Licensing and Regulatory Affairs: Help in handling licensing applications and renewals. Automating licensing controls in automated compliance tool.
• Policies: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing company policies.
• Disputes and litigations: Help in litigation management and proactively containing disputes with internal as well as external stakeholders.

Eligibility

• Mandatory: Bachelor's degree in law (LLB) from an accredited institution.
• Preferred: A degree in Company Secretary (CS).
• Preferred experience: Total PQE of 3 to 6 years as either an in-house attorney in a reputed corporate or a structured and recognized law firm. An experience in compliance tool implementation, using a compliance tool for compliance monitoring, will be highly rated.
