Details of the Job/Internship

Encube Ethicals is looking for a candidate with 7 years of experience for the position of 7 years. The office is located in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and negotiate various contracts with customers, service providers, material suppliers, business partners, R&D related, and regulatory agencies
• Create a contract compliance and risk management process for monitoring and control
• Assist the management on contractual rights and obligations and dispute resolution
• Conduct internal due diligence for all legal matters
• Coordinate with external legal counsel and firm(s) on various matters
• Manage overall legal matters.
• Manage assets purchase agreements, acquisition and mergers.

Eligibility

• Should have at least 7 years of legal experience from pharmaceutical industry.
• Good Communication skills.
• Team handling experience.
• Good presentation skills.
• LLB

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
