Details of the Job/Internship

Equifax is hiring a Legal Manager with experience of 8 to 10 years to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts independently including but not limited to NDA, MSA, SLA, Software License Agreement (SaaS based product licensing), IP licenses, SOW, Term Sheets, Order Form consultancy agreements, Lease agreements, Membership Agreements, cross border commercial contracts etc.
• Ability to translate business requirements into contractual language, assess legal risk and work with vendors to mediate significant issues.
• Strong Contract negotiation expertise (both on legal and business issues).

Eligibility

• LLB/LLM Years of experience required for this role: PQE of 8-10 Years.
• Exposure to Financial Industry, CIC, Banking Sector, Regulatory/Compliance framework, IT/ ITES,
• Contract vetting and Negotiation, drafting contracts. Willing to handle the role independently.
