Role and Responsibilities
The Legal Manager will be responsible for tasks related to Section 138 of the NI Act and SARFAESI Act.
Eligibility
- Law and Legal Affairs skills.
- Legal Document Preparation and Legal Compliance skills.
- Legal Consulting expertise.
- Experience in legal matters and regulatory compliance.
- Knowledge of banking and financial regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Previous experience in a financial institution is preferred.
- LLB or LLM degree with relevant certifications.
