Details of the Job/Internship

Eternal Renewables Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Manager with experience of 5-10 years to join their office in Coimbatore.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate EPC, PPA, and vendor contracts.
• Handle land acquisition legalities, due diligence, and title verification.
• Ensure compliance with state and central regulations.
• Manage disputes, claims, and legal risks.
• Liaise with government authorities, DISCOMs, and consultants.
• Support project structuring and documentation.

Eligibility

• LL.B / LL.M with 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong exposure to infrastructure, energy, or EPC sectors.
• Excellent contract management and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks in renewable energy is a plus.

Salary/Stipend
