Details of the Job/Internship

EverAdNet Media is hiring for the position of Legal Manager with 5-8 years of experience to join their office in Gurugram. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate & review legal agreements – including MSAs, payment facilitation agreements, business correspondent contracts, and compliance policies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with RBI guidelines, UPI, Nodal Bank Accounts, KYC norms, Payment Aggregators, and Settlement Acts.
• Advise product & business teams on Fintech legal frameworks to ensure compliance with government regulations.
• Engage with regulatory bodies for policy advocacy and Fintech compliance strategies.
• Manage legal risks by implementing strong internal compliance processes.

Eligibility

• Law Graduate (LLB) from a recognized university.
• 5+ years of experience in a Fintech company or a law firm handling Fintech clients.
• Strong knowledge of digital payments, regulatory frameworks, and compliance laws.
• Excellent drafting & negotiation skills for legal agreements.
• Ability to balance legal compliance with business objectives.
• PQE: 5-8 years. 

Salary/Stipend

₹20 - ₹23.5 LPA
