Details of the Job/Internship

Experian is hiring a Legal Manager with at least 7 years of experience to support their legal team.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate client and vendor contracts.
• Provide legal advice on Indian laws and company operations.
• Advise on employment law matters and assist in employee disputes.
• Handle data privacy and cross-border data transfer issues.
• Draft policies, procedures, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage disputes, including litigation, arbitration, and legal notices.
• Support internal teams with legal queries and contract-related matters.
• Conduct training sessions on legal topics.
• Maintain compliance processes for the business.

Eligibility

• LLB degree.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a legal team or law firm.
• Experience in contract management, dispute resolution, and legal advisory.
• Strong knowledge of data privacy and technology laws.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects.
