Express Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Manager with experience of 4+ years to join their legal team in Chennai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to ensure legal and policy compliance.
- Standardize contract templates and monitor regulatory changes.
- Draft and respond to legal notices.
- Manage ongoing litigation and coordinate with external counsel.
- Conduct due diligence of sale deeds and EIPL documents, including registration.
- Collaborate with internal teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Oversee registration of e-residence and EIPL documents, ensuring legal compliance.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
- Advanced certifications in specific legal fields will be an advantage.
- 4+ years of experience in legal roles with exposure to contract law, litigation, statutory compliance, and due diligence.
- In-depth knowledge of legal frameworks, intellectual property, and regulatory coordination.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, think critically, and work collaboratively.
