Details of the Job/Internship
F Jobs By Fashion TV India is hiring a Legal Manager (Arbitration Specialist) with relevant experience to join their office in Santacruz (West), Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, vet, and negotiate franchise agreements, licensing agreements, MOUs, NDAs, and commercial contracts.
- Ensure compliance with legal standards, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Support franchise development, operations, sales, and expansion teams with legal inputs.
- Oversee contract lifecycle management including renewals, amendments, and terminations.
- Lead arbitration matters including documentation, pleadings, evidence, and strategy.
- Coordinate with external counsel, arbitrators, mediators, and regulatory bodies.
- Manage dispute resolution frameworks and assist with litigation and recovery matters.
- Conduct compliance checks and ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide legal advisory support, prepare reports, and conduct internal training sessions.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB).
- Experience in franchise agreement drafting, commercial contracts, arbitration, and dispute resolution.
- Strong knowledge of commercial laws, franchise regulations, and arbitration procedures.
