Fabzen Technologies Private Limited is hiring a Legal Manager with 5+ years of experience to join their Bengaluru office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review contracts.
• Handle legal matters related to cyber law and gaming industry regulations.
• Manage intellectual property issues including patents and trademarks.
• Ensure legal compliance and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on legal issues.
• Travel as required for legal matters and company representation.

Eligibility

• Minimum 5 years of relevant legal experience.
• Expertise in contract drafting, cyber law, gaming regulations, IP, and compliance.
• Willingness to travel.
