Details of the Job/Internship
Fashion Smuggler is hiring a Legal Manager with 5+ years of experience to join their office in Kolkata.
Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee all legal affairs within the company.
- Prepare legal documents and ensure legal compliance across all business operations.
- Provide legal consulting services.
- Manage legal risks and support the company in strategic decision-making processes.
- Draft and prepare agreements.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Expertise in law and legal affairs.
- Proficiency in legal document preparation and legal compliance.
- Experience in legal consulting.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with the export, import, and manufacturing industries is a plus.
