Five-Star Business Finance Limited is hiring for the position of Legal Manager to join their office in Madurai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Oversee legal matters and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Draft, review, and manage legal documents, agreements, and contracts.
• Provide legal advice and consulting to support business operations and risk management.
• Conduct customer visits and offer guidance on legal processes where necessary.
• Liaise with external counsel and regulatory authorities as needed.
• Develop and implement legal strategies to safeguard the company’s interests.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or related field.
• Strong experience in legal affairs, compliance, and documentation.
• Proven ability to provide practical legal consulting and advice.
• Excellent drafting, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in an on-site role.
• Prior experience in the financial services industry is an added advantage.

Salary/Stipend
