flynas is hiring a senior legal professional with 8–10 years of experience in the aviation industry.
Role and Responsibilities
- Ensuring effective contract management for all company contracts.
- Managing leasing and aircraft induction processes to support fleet expansion.
- Establishing compliance standards and improving internal contract implementation structures.
- Validating dispute status and ensuring appropriate legal strategies are pursued.
- Monitoring ongoing disputes and recommending mitigation and resolution strategies.
- Negotiating and handling service, lease, purchase, repair, and technical services agreements end-to-end.
- Coordinating delivery and redelivery of aircraft with lessors and internal teams.
- Advising internal departments on contract-related issues and compliance matters.
- Supporting development and implementation of internal legal processes.
- Reviewing litigation-related documents and preparing litigation summaries and trackers.
- Coordinating with internal teams on technical issues in existing or potential litigations.
- Drafting and reviewing correspondence related to disputes.
- Liaising with external and foreign counsels on key litigation matters.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized university.
- 8–10 years of professional experience in legal and management roles within the aviation industry.
