Details of the Job/Internship
G Square Housing is hiring a Legal Manager to join its office in Chennai. This is a full-time, on-site role involving oversight of legal compliance, management of legal documentation, advising on legal matters, handling legal affairs, and providing consulting support to ensure adherence to applicable laws and protection of the company’s interests.
Role and Responsibilities
- Overseeing legal compliance and ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
- Managing and reviewing legal documents.
- Advising the company on legal matters and risks.
- Handling legal affairs, including dispute resolution and risk management.
- Providing legal consulting and strategic legal support to the organization.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent.
- Advanced law degree is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of law with expertise in legal compliance.
- Advanced skills in legal document preparation and management.
- Proficiency in legal consulting and providing strategic legal advice.
- Experience handling legal affairs, including dispute resolution and risk management.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in real estate legal matters is a plus.
