Details of the Job/Internship

Ganesh Consumer Products Limited is hiring a Senior Legal Counsel – Intellectual Property to manage and oversee all aspects of IP rights, litigation, and corporate law compliance across the organization.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage intellectual property rights, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, industrial designs, and geographical indications.
• Conduct trademark searches and ensure brand protection and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee litigation management for IP disputes and provide strategic guidance on corporate law matters.
• Develop and implement intellectual property policies and procedures across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify innovation opportunities and protect company assets.

Eligibility

• LLB from a recognized university; LLM preferred but not mandatory.
• 10–18 years of experience in law, with strong expertise in IP laws (Patents, Trademarks, Copyrights, Designs, Geographical Indications).
