Details of the Job/Internship
Glenmark Pharmaceuticals is hiring an Assistant Manager/Manager – Legal with experience in drafting, vetting, and negotiating agreements to join their Mumbai office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting, structuring, vetting, negotiating, and finalizing agreements in line with business requirements while ensuring risk mitigation.
- Reviewing statutory compliances at various locations and suggesting corrective measures.
- Working with stakeholders to implement remedial actions promptly.
- Analysing risks associated with business operations and advising on liability mitigation.
- Providing timely legal advisory to stakeholders on diverse issues.
Eligibility
- LL.B./LL.M. qualification.
- Strong experience in drafting, vetting, and negotiating agreements within India and internationally.
- Knowledge of statutory compliances, litigation, and intellectual property law preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and drafting skills.
- High professional ethics, sound judgment, and ability to influence peers and senior management.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and risk management skills.
