GreenYellow in Asia is the trusted energy partner of private companies to make their energy transition a success. The regional hub in Bangkok, Thailand, was open in 2017, and GreenYellow’s presence in Asia now encompasses an office in Cambodia (since 2018) and in Vietnam (since 2019). The 150+ energy experts of GreenYellow in Asia are developing and operating energy projects (Solar Private PPA and Energy Efficiency contracts), to enable our retail and industrial customers to reduce their energy costs and more importantly the carbon footprint of their activities. GreenYellow Asia developed more than 400MWp through 350 solar PV plants with over 100 customers.

Details of the Job/Internship

GreenYellow Asia is hiring a Legal Manager to join their office in Philippines.

Role and Responsibilities

• The Legal Manager will be responsible for overseeing all legal aspects of the company, including contract management, compliance issues, and providing legal advice to the executive team.

Eligibility

• Experience in contract management and legal compliance.
• Strong knowledge of local and international laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Law degree from an accredited institution.

Salary/Stipend
