Groyyo is hiring a Legal Manager to join their Gurugram office on a full-time, on-site basis.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage legal affairs and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Draft and review contracts and legal documents.
• Provide legal consulting and advice.
• Support various departments on legal issues.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field.
• Strong knowledge of law and ability to manage legal affairs.
• Proficiency in legal document preparation and legal consulting.
• Mandatory experience in recovery/collection-related matters (NCLT, Section 138, etc).
• Experience in ensuring legal compliance.
• Strong drafting and reviewing skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary/Stipend
