Details of the Job/Internship

Gynoveda is hiring a Legal Manager with 5–7 years of experience to join their office in Malad (Mindspace), Mumbai. The role involves overseeing contracts, financial due diligence, regulatory compliance, stakeholder agreements, and legal risk management to support the company’s rapid expansion.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for timely contract execution.
• Oversee contract lifecycle management, including renewals and compliance with SOPs.
• Lead legal and financial due diligence processes for fundraising and strategic transactions.
• Manage data room records, statutory filings, and investor queries.
• Review and support investor-related documentation, including shareholder agreements and compliance certificates.
• Provide legal advice on regulatory compliance, statutory filings, intellectual property, and licensing.
• Assist in audits, legal risk assessments, and policy implementation.
• Mentor and guide junior legal team members.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.); additional certifications in corporate, contract, or securities law are a plus.
• 5–7 years of experience in a corporate legal team or law firm.
• Knowledge of commercial, property, and company law.
• Experience in investor due diligence, corporate transactions, and compliance.
• Strong legal drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management tools and virtual data room platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Salary/Stipend
