Details of the Job/Internship

HDB Financial Services Ltd. is hiring a Legal Manager with experience in real estate and mortgages to join their office in Indore.

Role and Responsibilities

• Scrutiny and approval of TSR/legal reports.
• Provide legal advice on acceptance of TSR and creation of mortgage.
• Ensure compliance with registration and stamping requirements.
• Highlight risks in accepting collateral/security and mortgage creation.
• Draft NOCs, MOUs, and other business-related documents.
• Support and coordinate with the central legal team.

Eligibility

• LLB / LLM with a minimum of 8 years of experience in real estate and mortgages.
• Good exposure and knowledge of legal processes.
• Industry and competition knowledge on similar products.
• Experience in managing legal processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
