Details of the Job/Internship
HDB Financial Services Ltd. is hiring a Legal Manager with 5–7 years of experience to join their office in the Greater Aurangabad Area.
Role and Responsibilities
- Analyze legal matters.
- Negotiate documents such as notices, contracts, and agreements.
- Review LO/LA on legal activities for the allocated pool.
- Ensure replies from CLT for objections or notices received from customers.
- Oversee compliance in DRT, civil, criminal, and consumer cases, as well as legal compliance including registration, renewal, and opposition.
- Coordinate with the collections team to understand requirements and provide legal support.
- Ensure timely filing of legal actions on delinquent pools such as EP/Sec., 138/Passa, and SARFAESI, while meeting compliance requirements.
- Empanel lawyers for required locations.
- Assist in drafting land due diligence reports, title search reports, term sheets, collaboration agreements, and other related documents.
- Manage and oversee legal matters and initiatives efficiently.
Eligibility
- LLB with 5–7 years of experience in the legal field.
- Good communication skills and a high level of self-drive and enthusiasm.
