HDFC Bank is hiring a Legal Manager – Deputy Manager to join their office in Thane.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle legal matters and prepare and review legal documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Provide legal consultations and expert advice on corporate and operational matters.
• Oversee legal affairs and advise on corporate policies and procedures.
• Resolve legal disputes and manage related legal issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address legal requirements in operations.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification.
• Proficiency in legal practices, including legal documentation and compliance.
• Experience in legal consulting and managing legal affairs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Prior experience in the banking or financial sector is advantageous.
• An advanced law degree is a plus.

Salary/Stipend
