Details of the Job/Internship

Hinduja Leyland Finance Ltd. is hiring a Legal Manager with 3+ years of experience to join their office in Shimla. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle arbitration proceedings independently.
• Manage NI Act matters, including Section 138 cases.
• Oversee EP cases, consumer cases, and criminal matters.
• Conduct customer visits for recovery and case assessment.
• Draft and manage police complaints.
• Support loss-on-sale recovery activities.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation and reports using MS Office and Excel.

Eligibility

• LLB with up to 1 year experience.
• Local candidates preferred.
• Knowledge of arbitration, NI Act, EP, and consumer matters.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.

Salary/Stipend

Up to ₹8,00,000 CTC + attractive incentive schemes.
