HouseEasy is hiring for the position of Legal Manager with 6-8 years of experience to join their office in Noida. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 2–3 professionals handling property documentation, verification, and legal opinions.
• Oversee the preparation, verification, and validation of all property-related documents.
• Ensure full compliance with applicable legal requirements and internal policies for documentation and transaction processing.
• Coordinate customer property registrations at the Registrar Office through external legal counsel.
• Liaise with registrar offices in Noida and Ghaziabad to improve and expedite registration workflows.
• Draft, review, and implement standard templates for contracts, agreements, and MoUs to maintain uniformity across transactions.
• Provide timely and accurate legal opinions on property-related matters.
• Maintain statutory records and registers as per legal standards.
• Stay updated on real estate regulations, market trends, and emerging legal developments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve legal queries, support business objectives, and mitigate potential risks.

Eligibility

• LLB from a reputed university or law college.
• 6–8 years of experience in legal management, with strong exposure to real estate laws, property transactions, and company law.
• Proven skills in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents.
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to build effective working relationships.
• Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Salary/Stipend
