Details of the Job/Internship
HouseEazy is hiring a Legal Manager with experience of 6–8 years to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 2–3 professionals handling property documentation and legal opinions.
- Oversee preparation, verification, and validation of property-related documents.
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and internal company policies.
- Coordinate customer property registrations at the Registrar Office through external counsel.
- Liaise with registrar offices in Noida and Ghaziabad to streamline registration processes.
- Draft, review, and implement standard templates for contracts, agreements, and MOUs.
- Provide timely legal opinions on property transactions and related matters.
- Maintain statutory records and registers as per legal requirements.
- Monitor regulatory updates and legal developments in the real estate sector.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal queries and mitigate risks.
Eligibility
- LLB from a reputed university or law college.
- 6–8 years of experience in legal management with exposure to real estate laws, property transactions, and company law.
- Strong drafting, reviewing, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration abilities.
- High self-motivation and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
