Details of the Job/Internship
HubbleHox Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Manager – Legal with 5–7 years of experience to manage end-to-end legal operations.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize customer, vendor, partner, SaaS, licensing, NDA, SLA, consultancy, and employment contracts.
- Develop and maintain standard contract templates, clause libraries, and playbooks.
- Support business teams during negotiations and deal closures.
- Manage the complete intellectual property lifecycle including filings, renewals, enforcement, and oppositions.
- Coordinate with external IP counsels and advise internal teams on IP ownership and licensing.
- Provide legal advisory on technology, SaaS, EdTech, data protection, privacy, and cybersecurity matters.
- Monitor legal and regulatory changes and advise stakeholders proactively.
- Identify legal risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Handle legal notices, disputes, and litigation with external counsel support.
- Support corporate governance, secretarial compliance, fundraising, ESOPs, mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships.
Eligibility
- LLB or LLM from a recognized university.
- Certifications in IPR, data protection, or technology law are an advantage.
- Five to seven years of relevant legal experience in technology, SaaS, EdTech companies, or law firms.
- Hands-on experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and IPR management.
- Prior in-house legal experience is preferred.
