Details of the Job/Internship

I-ON is hiring a Legal Manager to join them in Bengaluru office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Legal Advisory: Provide timely and accurate legal advice to management and departments.
• Contract Management: Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts, agreements, and MOUs.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate legal risks, implementing proactive measures.
• Litigation Management: Handle disputes, lawsuits, and arbitrations.
• Policy Development: Create and update company policies and procedures.
• Regulatory Affairs: Engage with regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance.
• Training and Awareness: Conduct legal training sessions for employees.
• Budgeting: Manage the legal department's budget.
• External Counsel Management: Engage with and supervise external lawyers and law firms.

Eligibility

• LL.B. or J.D. degree from a reputable law school.
• 5+ years of experience as a legal professional, preferably in-house.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, contracts, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Salary/Stipend
