Role and Responsibilities
- Product document vetting and drafting response related to product filed with IRDAI & Advertisement filing and review.
- Research and opinion drafting including Government & Enforcing authorities notices.
Eligibility
- Excellent drafting skill.
- Behavior & Attitude: Integrity, Passion, Compliance with conscience, handling highly confidential information in a professional manner.
- Legal Research.
- Analytical and Logical Reasoning.
- Knowledge of Substantive Law and Legal Procedure.
- Qualification: Law graduate (LLB / LLM).
- Experience: 6-8 Years experience.
